Hi All: I'm Sandy, nearly 41 yrs old from Denver, Colorado. Newly diagnosed in Feb as Borderline. Some groups that I've found I feel I just don't belong...I'm not house bound, unemployed, on a gazillion different meds. Then I found this group and settled into my easy chair! Thank you!! I started DBT therapy 3 weeks ago (and just a few days before I had a hysterectomy...just to add more to my plate!). In my "cup-half-full" mind though, I'm thinking this was perfectly orchestrated because I have alllll this time on my hands to kick-start my road to recovery.
Looking forward to learning and sharing with you all!

Hi Sandy,
Fantastic that you started DBT!
The tools on the left are great in learning to manage. They are wonderful, I have copies stuck all over my house. And what a great way at turning something that could be viewed negatively, as a positive!
