Hi my name is Katie and I have been diagnosed with emotinally unstable borderline personality disorder for 6 yeras. Although I am now out of therpay and back to some kind of normal life i find it hsrd to talk to people who have suffered becaue they dont tend to understand so i though i would join and try and get some support

This is the type of thing that I love to hear from people (the fact that you are looking to branch out to people who have gone through what you have, even though you've recovered). If you ever want to talk just shoot me a pm or you could open a thread in the conversations area. I haven't much experience dealing with BPD, it's all very new to me, but I'd love to hear about situations you've gone through and the troubles you still face even after recovery, and I see it as something that could help me progress as well.
