Greetings and salutations,

I'm new on this forum and site. I stumbled on this site and was surprised how much useful information there is here.

I'm a 35 year old male; an American who lives for 8 years in Europe.

I've just been diagnosed with BPD... Well, it is not determined @ what level and I did not get any information on how do deal with it.
I look forward to learning more.

I have lots to ask and share, and will do so in due course. I ask if mems please be patient with me as I am a newbie.

I'm kinda excited to read that I'm not the only that faces some of these challenges in life. That's a hopeful sensation. I think we need that.

yeah you're not the only one facing these difficulties that bpd bring...

it's kinda comforting to know that we're not the only ones.... right?
