For those of you who know me, hello! I've been off and on this board for years now. But seems like I'm back again, mostly for reflection. Reading others posts remind me that I'm not alone in this. It seems like there is a good group of people on here right now. I don't like the board "drama" crap so it's nice to see that things seem to be relatively calm and supportive right now. I thought I'd introduce myself so it wasn't like who the heck is this person? So I have been diagnoised with BPD, OCD, and social anxiety. I have been coping with these for about the past 10 years or so now. Proud to say that I am currently finishing up my AA and transferrring to a university. I also work part time in retail, which sucks, but has definately taught me lots of patience. I do not take any anti-depressants which does make the struggle more difficult but I am stubborn and determined! I believe I am a survivor and plan to use my experiences to help others. And I have an amazing and supportive bf. Hope to get to know all of you!! :)

Hi Julie,

Nice to "meet" you. We don't have much in common....except that I hate drama too! I'm sure I'll learn a lot from you if you write and reflect. I look forward to learning how you cope without the meds. I soooo wish I could do that too!!!!!

Hi Julie,

Nice to 'meet' you, too. :)

I am also not using anti-depressants, which I think does make it harder. Maybe unnecessarily so. I've thought about getting on them for the last few months, but I've been feeling pretty OK without them. Just going to ride the wave with that and see where it takes me.

Anyhow, welcome back!
