Hi, i just found this forum after searching online. I was diagnosed a few years ago with borderline traits and i take medication for a type of depression. I do a little voluntary work and am trying to get back to work part-time, but have been very low lately.

Welcome Koshka,
I hope you find what you are looking for. I find this community to be wonderfully supportive & very useful, particulary when you practice using the tools (they are on the left hand bar of this webpage). I find too that I learn quite a bit from simply reading the experiences and replies in various member's posts. Again, welcome.
