I am new to this forum. I have never been formally diagnosed with BPD but I am reasonably sure that I have it. Fortunately, I am well on my way to recovery thanks to some great life coaching that I have received along with the power of faith and tenacity. This is another step in my recovery. I thought it would be nice to communicate with other people who get it. Thanks for having a place for people to connect.
