Hello,
I have been struggling with mental illness for a very long time. Over the past two years I have been diagnosed with GAD, PTSD, OCD, and now BPD.
I just got the final diagnosis on Monday and I am feeling very confused and overwhelmed. I have already bought and read the book, Sometimes I Act Crazy, because my doctor recommended that, but I found that i am more confused and feel more hopeless.
I am hoping to connect with some people on this board and get some insight into this condition/disease/what do you call it even?
