I've been sent here by 2 different users from 2 different sites, so I guess here I am. I have already read the tools and think they sound like amazing plans of action to start recovery. I'm hoping I'll be welcome here. I've spent 10 years being diagnosed with just about everything, but for the first time yesterday I was told I don't have any of the other things just BPD, which makes me have symptoms of all the other stuff. So I guess that's it, I don't really know what else to say other than I'm hoping on finding some friends here and offering my support to the rest of you that have like me been suffering inside from trauma in our pasts.

Finally ten long years of mis-diagnosis and lost time are behind you. I am new here so I can't say a whole lot except I am happy that you are here, that you are accepting your diagnosis and are looking positively and helping yourself.
