Anyone here has read / is currently reading The Angry Heart by Joseph Santoro and Ronald Cohen?

Interesting that you've mentioned this book. I bought it years ago, and by the condition of my copy, I never read it. Now I plan to look through it. Over the years, I've collected many books written by professionals for professionals; I think I got a kick out of "evesdropping." Actually, I did get a better understanding about the disorder----I was at this point receptive to the information. I found it heartening that there were people interested enough in what I had suffered from most of my life to write books.

Anyway, hope you like the book

I've read and re-read that book. It has a lot of very helpful journaling exercises in it.

I've read it. Santoro's Existential Paradox is in the Tools box to the left & one of the foundations of BPDR.

Haha, I didn't do the exercises...but I totally thought about them!
