Hi everyone. Been gone for about a month, trying to focus on the sobriety program I started doing (Women for Sobriety) and not get caught up in my BPD. I found that the more I focus on the BPD, the worse my symptoms (i.e. acting out) seem to be. I was sort of thriving on being disordered, if that makes any sense. Anyway, funny thing is - I found that I was using a lot of stuff from this site in my posts on the WFS board. I was teaching people about separation of stuff, the four agreements, and twisted thinking. There is really a lot of correlation between that program and the steps outlined here for "healthy, happy living." So, I figured... well... why not come back here and see if I can start to pull all this stuff together? I also have a situation that has come up (surprise, surprise) which I will be posting about soon... NAM
