No need to be sorry-- I know I for one once felt as if I 'didn't deserve to get better'. That's okay if that's where you are, it's a starting point. Many of us have felt that way at one time or another, some longer than others.
We are happy to talk with you and help you get to a place where you do care, or at least share with you how we overcame that line of thought. However, since we are not therapists and this is on-line.......are you seeing someone in real life like a therapist? Nothing says you have to or anything, but when I was in your shoes it sure helped me.
On here, my suggestion to you would be to read over all the tools in the tool box on your upper left screen. They are the foundation for the recovery done around here and I think they will help out a lot-- especially the 10 forms of twisted thinking and the ways to untwist those thoughts. Also, when I was new here, I read quite a few of the older posts to learn more about this site and BPD in general. I highly recommend it!
