My name is Abbey and I'm in Brisbane Australia, I don't know anyone who has BPD nor did I know about it till I was diagnosed. I have just been recently diagnosed with BPD this year and Im 30 years old. I have always wondered what was wrong with me and why I was so different. I happened to come across this site via facebook of all places. And thought I would introduce myself. I have never blogged nor been a part of a forum so thought I would give it a go and who knows it might do me some good. If there is anyone out there listening please say hi.

Welcome to BPDR, Abbey! We're glad you found this place. The tools and main site have a lot of helpful stuff to offer and you'll likely hear us refer to some of those tools and ideas. Take your shoes off, make yourself comfortable and dive in wherever you feel comfortable!

Hi, I also have BPD however was diagnosed over 10 years ago. Every day is a struggle however some days a less than others. And when I look back and see how far I have come and how much I have grown it makes me see how strong i am even when i think i am not. and so will you be as you learn strategies to cope.
