Hi and thanks for being here...I have been reading and studing the tools and find them very helpful. I found this morning that I was in a good mood which quickly changed part way through my walk. I walk each day as part of my therapy and usually I enjoy it. I started to have negative thoughts which just seemed to increase and spiral down until I found myself struggling to turn it around. I didn't have much success. Does this happen often to others and what tools help? It is something that happens to me each day, this negative turn of thoughts. I can't seem to hold on to a positive mood or a good feeling.
