The situation is what it is, and while I dont have to like it, or accept it, stressing and getting distressed over what I can not change is pointless
I have fibromyalgia.
I have high pain days which really affect my state of mind and my mood
I have to learn how to listen to my body and not over do things.
My situation is what is is, and while I cant change it, I can do things to limit how my condition affects on my current well being

Hi wizeone. I also have fibromyalgia. I was diagnosed 11 years ago. It's been a difficult journey for me too. There are days when I feel great, and other days when I drag. I also have learned to listen to my body and not over-do things. It is what it is. How do you take care of your fibro?

Its about learning to listen to my body, and to not try and over do things.
Its one of the things I lecture my clients about, and I'm trying to actually model what I preach
I also take glucosamine and chrondriton for the joint pain and magnesium for the muscle aches
