Hi from Australia Very new to this forum and coming to terms with my BPD, although I was diagnosed 2 or 3 years ago I was either busy at work, active in sport or in denial to do anything about it. My anger was too much for my significant other and I have been on Lexapro (10mg) since late last year, the cycle dimished for some months but after losing my job recently this pressure caused a trigger and at the moment the relationship is damaged beyond repair. So I am back in therapy, looking for work and too fearful to get back on the relationship merry-go-round as it is the other person who usually cops the brunt of any out burst, it really is "I HATE you - dont leave me!" the tools looks good, I hope I can put it into action

Hi Aussiebob,
I'm sorry to hear about your situation. However, I AM happy to hear about the meds and therapy! And these tools are really great, you will get plenty of positive use out of them if you really apply them.
