hello! i'm hoping to learn a lot here and get my life sorted out, at least to some extent!

i'm not positive i have bpd but i definitely have many of the symptoms and my thought-processes
definitely coincide with bpd, so i'm here to try to sort through all this!

so hi! i'm a 27 yr old female, had tumultuous relationships all my life but only in the past year have
i truly started to realize that a lot of it is my fault, mostly just based on my lack of confidence in myself.

recently i've gone through a very hard time and had severe anger problems amongst other bpd symptoms which is what has caused me to try harder to find answers/help to fix myself.

Welcome to both of you! It's not necessary to have an "official" diagnosis, though it can help focus your recovery efforts to some degree. One way or another, there's a lot you can learn here that will help you -- check out our "Tools" in the box on the left for some of our favorite techniques.
