Rachel~
I can relate big time to your job being affected by the BP. I am currently on administration leave due to my poor boundaries and inappropriate behavior at my job. I only joined the site a couple weeks ago but the people here are awesome. I am very sorry to hear about your job.

Welcome Rachel,

I have not been formally diagnosed with BDP.. (unless you count your family dr telling you have it) When I read the symptoms, I thought about my past, and my failures from jobs, and my failed friendships and relationships. It has been a great help with understanding why my thought process is the way it is. All I can do is try to move fwrd. I'm still recovering from someone who left me. She meant the world to me, she knew it, and still left me.

Rachel,

I just wanted to add something else. I know it's hard to look at the bright side of things considering it's the holidays, and some ppl like myself do get the holiday blues. You should try doing something fulfilling, like doing volunteer work, visiting family members you haven't seen in a while.

Whenever I feel down, I go out and try to help ppl who need it. It always makes me feel better.

Hope you feel better Rachel.
