Hi, my name is Samantha. I'm from New York and I was diagnosed with BPD a year and a half ago. Soon afterwards I quit therapy, but I am trying to go back into therapy now.
I hope this site can help me work with my therapy to maintain my disorder. I also hope that I can learn enough to eventually be able to help others suffering with the issues that I'm facing today.
I'm so glad to see so many people on this site. I've always felt so alone, thinking I had to go through it all alone. I'm so happy to see that so many other people can relate to the everyday struggles I go through.
Anyway, HELLO! Glad to be here. ^_^

Hi Sammy! I'm also a New Yorker (I grew up in the Bronx)! Glad to meet you. You'll find a lot of Tools to use - look at the left side of the page here. And people are really nice. Glad you found us!
