Not too sure what to write in my introduction but wanted to say hello to you all. I'm Charlotte, 18 and am so glad to have found this website. I have been looking for somewhere where there was information about recovering from BPD and where there may be people who share similar experiences.

Welcome! From what I have found here, this is an excellant resource for help with BPD. It is very positive and everyone here is very caring and open minded and helpful.
