Hi. I'm new to this site. After having many failed/unhealthy romantic relationship and sabotaging friendships or choosing untrustworthy, unhealthy friends, and being in my 40's, and being tired of not feeling normal, I decided to find some desperately needed answers for myself. I have gone to therapy off and on for 20 years or so and things get better for a while, but they go back to being the same. I have never felt "normal" my whole life. However, I am very well liked by everyone I know. Anyway, just wanted to say hi. I'm looking forward to happy, healthy living. I am committed to making necessary changes and workin' it!
